What is MODPE film?

A polymer film oriented by MDO, called MDO Film.
Similarly, a Polyethylene (PE) film oriented by MDO, called MDOPE, or MDO-HDPE, MOPE, OPE, etc.

The process of producing MDOPE film.

Step 1: In the MDO preheating process, Polyethylene (PE) film is fed into the stretching unit and evenly warmed to the desired temperature.
Step 2: In the different rotational speeds, the PE film was stretched between a series of rolls.
Step 3: During the annealing stage, the film’s new properties are locked in and made permanent.
Step 4: It is cooled when the film is brought back to near room temperature.
